An Always Attitude

E-mail Print PDF

"You always bug me!" "You always say the dumbest things." "Always" is a word we always use to over emphasize things.

Well, maybe we don't always use always, but it sure always seems like it!

Perhaps, as we live within our relationships, the way we communicate needs to be considered. In other words, do we lovingly measure our words as we talk?
When God uses "always" in His communication to us, He does not do it haphazardly. Look and consider how our Heavenly Father uses this word "always" as a condition or frequency.

II Cor.2:14:
Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

God is never about failure. He always wants us to be on top. He also wants us to make known His knowledge everywhere. Other lessons of living for God include: "Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man." (Colossians 4:6). Every time we speak it should be with grace, backed up with integrity, which reflects the orientalism of "seasoned with salt."

Our appreciation to a loving Father Who has given us the eternal new birth with nine manifestations, the power of Christ within, deserves always our thanks.

Ephesians 5:20:
Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Philippians 1:3 & 4:
I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,
Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy,

There is much more that God says, that is "always" a big part of His communication. Let's remember His hearts concern for us to always triumph. Let's remember to speak with words full of grace and integrity. Let's remember to always give Him the thanks He so deserves. What a joy it is as we pray for all of our brothers and sisters in Christ.

It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.

Lamentations 3:22-26

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

I Corinthians 15:52
